On July 1st, Taeyeon performed ‘Why’ on Music Bank. Did she lip sync or sing live? You be the judge.

 

I just wanna ask why is she smiling and the voice still goes on?

Love her, but you can see she realizes she didn’t say the words and stumbles on them.

Her mouth is smiling but the words come out perfectly? It’s obvious she is lip syncing.

Why does it matter if she lip syncs? Britney Spears did it all the f***** time.

The choreo is the sh****est thing I’ve seen in a while. Poor Taeyeon…

Even if she lip sync or not we all still know that she can sing.

Taeyeon lip sync some parts hmm maybe ¼ of the song but she sings the remaining ¾ live.

How can you sing if you are dancing amazingly like that?

When people come to Taeyeon/SNSD, they will say lip sync instead of pre-recorded, but when it comes to their oppas, they will have tens of thousands of excuses…

People should really learn to differentiate between pre-recorded and lip syncing.

One question for you guys…can you do better than her? I don’t think so ㅋㅋㅋ  singing while dancing is so hard you know.

Props to her for picking a dance for her solo song because we all know the girls prefer singing over dancing.

Well she sang the important parts of the song and all the high notes, so that makes her better than most idols.
